Thus, the Franklin County Clerk of Courts sent certified mail service on appellee to the Roxburgh Court address. {¶7} On March 24, 2003, appellant requested certified ma il service on appellee to Robert Cohen's address at Laurel Ridge in Gahann a, Ohio.
