  • {¶1} This is an appeal by plaintiff-appellant, Ali Gill , from a judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims, in which that court denied appella nt's October 4, 2004, motion for relief from judgment.
  • {¶4} On October 4, 2004, appellant filed a motion for re lief from judgment, alleging that newly discovered evidence and/or mist ake or excusable neglect required that the court vacate the judgment and order a new trial.
